My Qualifications

I am a nurse psychotherapist. I hold a permit from the Ordre des psychologues du Québec authorizing me to practice psychotherapy. I also have a nursing specialization that allows me to perform mental health evaluations and provide diagnostic impressions.

From the beginning of my career, I have been deeply interested in the complexity of human experiences that shape our lives. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, I specialized in mental health with a Master’s in Nursing and Psychiatric Care. This path allowed me to acquire the necessary skills to conduct in-depth evaluations and provide well-informed diagnostic impressions.

My professional development has been enriched by additional training, notably in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which helps diversify my therapeutic approach. My experience as a birth companion (doula) also deepened my understanding of perinatal realities and helped me develop a unique sensitivity to the needs of parents.

My Approach

I offer psychotherapy services tailored to your needs, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

Each approach is adapted to the individual’s specific needs. They primarily include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), as well as complementary tools such as psychogenealogy, symptom function analysis, and behavioral understanding, among others.

Practical Details

Each month, scheduling opens first for returning clients on the 20th and then for new clients on the 25th. Book your session easily online and select the time that works best for you.

Sessions are 55 minutes long and are offered in person or via video conference, depending on your preference. Together, we’ll explore your situation to better understand it, shift your perspectives, and apply practical tools.

Zuma – Therapy Dog in Training

Zuma is a Bernedoodle who has been working with me since October 2024.

Due to his young age (under 2 years old), he is not yet certified as a therapy dog, although he is usually calm and cooperative. He may occasionally be a distraction.

Zuma has a hypoallergenic coat, which is generally well tolerated by people sensitive to allergens.

He is often a bit shy when meeting new people. You’re welcome to offer him treats — just be sure to respect his pace. This helps him build trust and learn the ropes, as meeting so many new faces each week is quite a learning experience!
